CNETtv hosted its inaugural edition of “Editors’ Office Hours yesterday, where a CNET Editor answered users tech and product questions via live video stream.  The event was complemented with live text chat using Userplane’s embeddable Minichat. 

As you can see, they did a great job skinning and resizing the app to suport a seamless experience:
